Handwritten message on back reads, "Dearest Ruthie, Am to be examined by Dr. Baldwin in the morning to find out just how I am and also to know about coming home. Will probably write tomorrow night and let you know the particulars. We have had a regular blizzard today. This is a picture of the lake I had the sleigh ride on.
