The printed caption on the front reads, "Main Street, Saranac Lake, N Y." Used, divided back, postmarked June 12, 1911, Saranac Lake, NY. Printed by the Valentine & Sons' Publishing Co., New York and Boston. The handwritten message on the back reads, "Have been here two weeks came most all way by water - nice trip. Ethel with me, but goes back tomorrow - shall miss her. These Drs. believe in the rest cure and make me stay right in bed. This is just a little mountain village, but very pretty.
