Printed caption on the front reads, "Saranac Lake, N.Y. in the Adirondacks." Used, divided back, postmarked August 18, 1933, Saranac Lake, NY. Printed by C. T. American Art, Chicago. Handwritten message on the back reads, "Thank you so much for your letters I appreciated them a lot. My recovery has been very slow but I'll get there some day. This is a beautiful country.
