Cure cottages on Helen Hill are visible, including the Santanoni Apartments. There are mountains visible in the background. Printed caption on front reads, "Birdseye View Lake Flower, the Town & Mts. Looking East, Saranac Lake, N.Y." Used, divided back, white border, postmarked Saranac Lake, May 24, 1917. No printer's mark. Handwritten message on back reads, "145 River St., Saranac Lake, N.Y. Dear Mrs. Clark: This is high and dry or would be if the weather was only good. I wish you could come here, it might help you very much. There are two other boarders and myself here.
