N.Y., Chapel and Cottages, Cottage Sanitarium, Saranac Lake." Printed by the Hugh C. Leighton Co., Portland, ME. Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, June 14, 1910. Handwritten message on back reads, "Monday. Write me - it is deadly lonesome here. Hera [?] has not written a line since he came here - am so provoked! Let me hear about the last days you spent in Utica and if [?] was a good boy while you were gone & had everything "slick" & clean for your return. Ione [?]."
