Handwritten message on front reads, "June 27, Williamsburgh. It seems a long time since we heard back from you, [?] yours. Do you not [?] me a [?], anyway, it would be pleasant to hear of you all. I happened no [?] at [?] Japanese. This is one of [?] beautiful spots I have ever seen. Maybe not. Hope to see you here next summer. Helen E. James."
