Printed by the Rotograph Co., NY City. Used, undivided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, October 13, 1906. Handwritten message across image on front reads, "10-13-6. Rec'd your postal and now I want a letter telling about your trip. Did you receive that quarter O.K. Have gained 18 1/2 lbs. and feel 1st rate although I don't get around much yet. RM[B?]."
