Printed caption on front reads, "Saranac Lake, NY, Main Buildings, Trudeau Sanitarium." Printed by the Hugh C. Leighton Co., Portland, ME. Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, November 21, 1911. Handwrittnen message on back reads, "11/21/22. Everything is covered with snow and I guess we'll all be buried under it when you come back. Duncan Wood, 74 Park Ave., Saranac Lake, N.Y." A note in different handwriting at top left reads, "Will reach at Monday seven thirty o'clock." Mailed to Miss Elizabeth Goodall, c/o Mr. Vernon Hodges, Chevy Chase, Maryland.
