Printed caption on front reads, "Saranac River, Adirondack, Mts., N. Y." Printed by the Rotograph Co., NY City. Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, July 25, 1907. Handwritten message on back reads, "Dear Annis: we are stopping in the Adirondacks two or three days on our way home. The air is perfectly delightful up here. This place is full of sick people--here for their health. Lovingly, Clella, July 25, '07." Mailed to Mrs. Arch D. Stevens, Potterbrook, Penn.
