Printed caption on front reads, "Adirondack Mts., N.Y. - Chapel and Cottages, Cottage Sanitarium, Saranac Lake." Printed by the Hugh C. Leighton Co., Portland, ME. Used, divided back, postmarked Trudeau, NY, April 28, 1910. Handwritten message on back reads, "My dear niece Petey Pyle-- How I would love to see you an give you a hug. I am yet in bed but hope to be in one of these pretty cottages soon. Please tell "Daddie" that express parcel was rec'd. Grandma can tell you which is our little chapell. Have not been very well, a billious attack likely. I almost perished sleeping out last night, snowed all night and some this a. m. Give my love to Mother, Daddie, and Grammie. Don't forget me.
