Used, undivided back, white message box at front bottom, not postally mailed. Handwritten message across entire back side reads, "and I have met Dr. Trudeau himself. He is a perfectly charming old man and the work he does [?] here is marvelous. Everybody about in Saranac sleeps out of doors every night." Ink stamped over the handwritten text reads, "Mrs. Jo. Newcomer, 4 Fallon Ave. Woodcrest, Wilmington, Delaware 19804."
