Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Inn, May 1, 1945. Handwritten message on back reads, "Saranc Inn, NY, 4-30-45. Hello pet: -- Did the Easter bunnie come to see you? This card is picture where all the T.B. patients are. They sleep outside in open places just roof over. Very sad, little girls like you so be glad you are not sick. Lots love + kisses. Gramie."
