Printed caption on reverse reads, "Illinois State Association of Trained Nurses (proceeds to aid in building a shack for trained nurses who have contracted tuberculosis)." Used, divided back, postmarked Champaign, IL, May 18, 1910. Handwritten message on back reads, "You see you are not forgotten. I send greeting & best wishes to you & family-- on the Florence Nightingale Jubilee card--Your friend. Miss. E.R. Leidigh. (Registered Nurse). 616 W. Park Ave. Champaigne, Ill."
