There is a small "x" in black ink over one first floor window. Printed caption on front reads, "Sanatorium from the South, Ray Brook, Adirondacks, N.Y." No printer's mark. Used, divided back, white border, postmarked Ray Brook, NY, June 13, [?]. Handwritten message on back reads, “Not feeling so good, haven't been allowed out of bed now for a week. Caught cold and almost had the grippe. My "tummie" is on the bum alas. We are having lovely weather. I am out on the poarch [sic] now and like it ever so much.
