Founded by Edward Livingston Trudeau in 1884 in Saranac Lake, New York." Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, August 3, 1960. Handwritten message on back reads, "Hi I'm very well. I herd. from the x-rays. Got a ulster. Not bad he said the medicine I was taking was ruff on them so he is going to change. My lung is very good almost healed up. I feel good since I quit taking the other med. We got another man with us his name is Pat Nolan from H. I. Will rite lader. Earl." Mailed to Mrs. Clayton Moore, Argyle, N.Y.
