Handwritten message on reverse reads, "Dear Clara, It is the most glorious day here the snow is all melting. O my what an escape the nurse just passed and it is rest hour not allowed to even talk just rest. She was looking at me and never saw it under my blanket. The other end of the porch [?] but our end never does. We are not near the doctors & of course are never caught. Lillie De Nyse." Mailed to Miss C.
