Handwritten caption on front reads, "Entrance to Ray Brook Sanatorium - Hospital in Foreground. Aug. 1951." Print has decorative scalloped edges. Note: The full names of the women "Vi" and "Dot" in these photographs are not known. It appears that the women were patients at least three different sanatoria, including the New York State Hospital for Incipient Tuberculosis.
