Black-and-White postcard with image of a Winter Carnival float in front of the ice palace. The float is drawn by a white horse, and several children in "royal" garb are standing on the sleigh. Printed caption on front reads, "Carnival Days, Saranac Lake, N. Y." No printer's mark. Used, Private Mailing Card, large space on front for message, postmarked Saranac Lake, April 7, 1903.
Handwritten message on front reads, "4/7/03. Well Ben, Here is a picture of boys & girls who took part in Carnival & I think if you will look at the picture, I have home, of the Ice Palace, you will find this float on it. From Yr.
