Printed caption on front reads, “Main St., Saranac Lake in the Adirondacks, N.Y.” No printer's mark. Unused, undivided back. Accordion of images inside envelope includes: St. Regis Hotel, Saranac Inn, the New York State Hospital at Ray Brook, the Ice Palace, Riverside Inn, Bird's-eye View from Mt.
