Printed title on reverse reads, “Souvenir Folder of Saranac Lake, N.Y.” Outer envelope has image of Main Street looking south from the intersection with Broadway. 1920s-era cars can be seen on the street. Printed caption on front reads, “Main St., Saranac Lake in the Adirondacks, N.Y.” No printer's mark. Unused, undivided back.
