Printed caption on front reads, "Broadway Looking Towards Main Street, Saranac Lake, N.Y." Printed by the Valentine & Sons' Publishin Co., Ltd., New York. Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, NY, September 13, 1907. Handwritten message on back reads, "My dear Mrs. Goodwin: Was delighted to hear from you. Mailed you a letter this a.m. The Dr. found T. B. in specimen. I had however gained 2 1/2 lbs - making my gain 4 1/2 lbs since I came. I certainly felt a little blue about the news but he says I am getting along very well. You don't know how much we all miss you. The whole ward send their love. How I wish you were back here. Lots of love from your friend Dorothy A. Muehl." Mailed to Mrs. W. Goodwin, 14 Belmont St., Montreal.
