Message on postcard backing reads, "Dear Toots--The Ray Brook House is just 1/2 mile beyond the station and right at the base of Mt. McKensy. I understand that board is fine and you can get rigs any time to drive around. Tell this to Matty. The view is magnificent and she will like it. The Board is only $8.00 and she should like it perhaps better than at the swell places. Will."
