Handwritten message on reverse reads, "Dear Friends - I am up here with my little family to get my brother George back to perfect health and to rest up from the strain for the others. We are all doing nicely, including myself as I only weigh half a ton now. John H. Feddin." Mailed to Mr. & Mrs. W. G. Duncan, Koch & Co., West 125th St., NYC.
