Beneath the photograph is printed "Baldwin's Photo Saranac Lake, N.Y." Handwritten note on reverse reads, "Dr. and Mrs. Trudeau, Miss Chat Trudeau, Miss Betty Robins, Miss Lizzie Beard, Miss Adelaide Close, Rev. Walter L[arone?], Mr. A. C. Robinson, Mr. Hall, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. McAlpin." Along the side of the back is also written, "Bonnet Party at the Trudeaus' March 7 1891."
