Envelope commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Trudeau Sanatorium and the 1934 Christmas Seal featuring Little Red. Has 1934 Christmas Seal affixed to front, surrounded by woodcut stamp in blue ink. Postmarked Trudeau, NY, December 25, 1924. Was mailed Emily Bissell, who introduced the Christmas Seals to the United States, and features Francis Berger Trudeau's signature alongside the woodcut stamp. Addressed in alternating red and blue ink to: President of the Delaware Anti-Tuberculosis Society, Miss Emily P. Bissell, Wilmington, Delaware, 1404 Franklin Street.
