Description

Black-and-white photograph of the medical staff of Reception Hospital (AKA Prescott House) in 1926. It was taken in honor of the facility's 25th anniversary, and shows a group of eight men, half seated and half standing. Pictured are: (seated, L to R) Dr. Charles Trembley, Dr. Edward R. Baldwin, Dr. Lawrason Brown, and Dr. Hugh Kinghorn, and (standing, L to R) Dr. Edward Packard, Dr. Sidney Blanchet, Dr. Willard B. Soper, and Dr. J. Woods Price. Original image was signed by William Distin in the bottom left corner. Handwritten caption on back reads, "*Medical Staff of the Reception Hospital, 1901-1926. Copy of photo taken in 1926 (25th Anniversary). (On file in Saranac Lake Free Library, given by Mrs. J. Woods Price.) Left to right - seated: Dr. Trembley, Dr. Baldwin, Dr. Brown, Dr. Kinghorn.
