Handwritten message on reverse reads, "This was beautifully lighted at night & could be seen very plainly from our windows. We saw the storming of the Palace from my old porch. Mother." Mailed to Mrs. Robt. R. Bogie, 55 Hawes [?] Place, Brooklyn, New York.
