Handwritten message on reverse reads, “Adirondack Cottage Sanitarium, Trudeau, NY, Nov. 1st. Was glad to hear from you. I’m now at the San-. It is a mile from Saranac. This is one of the buildings. There are 20 Cottages and many other buildings. Today is ideal after a wk. of bad weather. Am meeting nice people. I’ll write a letter some day - for there is much of interest here. At present I am kept pretty quiet. My new address is above. I’m not informed just how my case is decided yet. Write me often and I’ll send a card at least. As ever. Blanche.” Mailed to Mrs. H. B.
