Ceramic souvenir fish with illustration of Union Depot on one side. The purpose of this souvenir is unknown, but it may have been a small plant pot or vase. The fish is painted blue with gold accents, and the illustration is painted in shades of blue, green, gray, and brown. Printed title under illustration reads, "New D. & H. Depot, Saranac Lake, N.Y." Stamped "Made in Germany," on base but has no other maker's mark. Union Depot was built in 1904; this piece likely dates from around that time.Lexicon
