Menu from the restaurant at Hotel Saranac, 1952. Silver board covers in clear plastic menu sleeves. Covers are embossed with ads for Crystal Spring Dairy, Thomas P. Ward, Inc, Riordan Taxi, and the Novelty Shop. Sleeves are edged in maroon sewn tape and decorative metal corners. Inside of menu has two pages of standard menus, as well as two inserted specials pages. Specials pages are dated December 11, 1952.
