Description

Color postcard showing a view looking east across Lake Flower. Printed caption on front reads, "Lake Flower and McKenzie Mt., Saranac Lake, N. Y." Printed by Chas. W. Hughes, Mechanicville, NY. Used, divided back, white border, postmarked Saranac Lake, September 15, 1931. Handwritten message on reverse reads, "Tues. Dear Baby: This is your card but the message is for Daddy. Dr. Lent was in to see me this Mon. P.M. but I was so sick I didn't talk with him much. He wants to send another Dr. to see me, but I think I'll have Mrs. T. call him & ask him to come again today or tomorrow & I'm going to see if I can come home. Don't see any reason for having all this fuss when I want to come home so badly. Another new patient came yesterday! I feel better today. Will write as soon as I have any news. Love to all. Mother." Mailed to Master Bernard Patchkin, R. 3. Ogdensburg, NY.
