My dear Bishop Leonard: I am sending you a copy of the booklet which we have gotten out with reference to our Memorial Foundation. You will notice I have made use of a part of your letter to me as a closing to the endorsements. Any suggestions you may have at any time which will aid in advancing the cause will be greatly and gratefully appreciated. With all good wishes, Sincerely yours, Elmer P. Miller."
