Black-and-White photograph of two unidentified women standing outside in the snow at the New York State Hospital for Incipient Tuberculosis, AKA Ray Brook Sanatorium. They are both carrying wrapped parcels, and the woman at left is holding a round object, possibly a hat. The Main Building can be seen through the trees behind them. The photograph was likely printed by Kollecker's Kodak and Gift Shop.
