Black-and-White photograph of the Loomis Block on Broadway in downtown Saranac Lake, undated. The building has three stories, with storefronts on the first and railings on the outside of walkways on the second and third. This photograph was taken prior to the fire that destroyed the third floor in the 1920s. A large clock on a pole out front is styled to look like a pocket watch. The face of the watch reads, "10% Loomis Cash Store." A second clock hangs from the side of the building with a "pince-nez" style pair of glasses hanging below. The road in front of the store appears to be dirt. The photograph was taken from Broadway, looking at the front and side of the block along Broadway and Woodruff Street.
