" Printed by the Valentine & Sons' Publishing Co., Ltd., New York. Used, divided back, postmarked Saranac Lake, December 17, 1911. Handwritten message on reverse reads, "50 Woodruff St., Saranac Lake, NY. 12/17/11. My dear Miss Hours [?], Received your letter + glad to hear from you. Have been here 3 weeks with Russell + expect to stay all winter. He feels [?] better. This is a lovely little place - very modern stores mostly city people here! We won't be able to go for Xmas which I regret terribly but will do anything if R. can get well again. Hope you will have a [?] Xmas. Laura." Mailed to Miss F. A. Hours [?], 212 Saratoga Ave., Rochester, NY.
