Description

Black-and-White photograph postcard showing a large open room with chairs and a large fireplace. No photographer's mark. Used, undivided pack, postmarked Ray Brook, NY, October 5, [no year]. Handwritten message on front reads, "This is a picture of solarium where we spend an hour each evening, only piano is not in the picture. I am feeling usually well, only I lost a pound last week - my first loss. If walking did it, am not going to walk so much. These are lovely days. Why doesn't Mrs. McRae answer my letter? Write soon. Isadore." Mailed to Mr. Frank J. Wooster, Fulton, NY, c/o McRae & Son.
