The booklet provides an introduction to tuberculosis and the treatment provided by the sanatorium as well as it's rules for patients and visitors. The inside of the front cover has a welcome letter from Robert M. Deming, M. D., the superintendent of the sanatorium. The last page has an agreement the patient was required to sign upon admittance to the sanatorium. The front and back cover is made of thicker tan paper and the front cover has a red double-barred cross on it. 18 pages.
