Ladies Empire Waist House Dress (reconstructed) cream and brown stripe cotton ( fabric older then costume) machine made style 1810's dress falls from upper bodice which is lined with muslin and has 11 hooks and eyes. front opening right seam pocket slightly below seam line of bodice, suggestive of a reconstructed garment three machine made buttonholes and one white plastic button on upper bodice unstructured mandarin collar right inseam muslin pocket six inch ruffle along hem line falls from upper bodice
