Description

A black and white framed photograph measuring 22 x 18", created for the Rollie McKenna exhibit, A Village Love Affair, in the Woolworth Library in November 2018. This image depicts Manual "Cy" Amancio and his wife, Theresa, outside of their business, Cy's Lobster Market on Hancox Street. The pair is standing in the opening of a wooden fence with the water behind them. Theresa is wearing a polka dot dress and looking at Cy, who appears to be speaking to Rollie as she takes the photograph. Cy is wearing a misbuttoned plaid shirt. Other photographs of Hancox Street and Cy's Lobster Market are available in Stonington binders of Rollie's work.
