Nancy was dau. of Nathaniel and Mercy Brown Palmer (sister of Nathaniel & Alexander) and the twin of William Lord Palmer. She was Charles T. Stanton's second wife, the sister of his first wife, who was Ann Adelaide Palmer. She is seated in a red chair and wearing dark dress; grey cloth draped over her arm.
