Samuel F. Denison account book, 1837-1839, includes accounts and lists of Bills paid and recieved in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Massachusettes, Ohio and Michigan. Samuel F. Denison married Mary Cleveland November 6, 1804, they lived in Stonington and had 13 children, 8 of whom survived to adulthood (Reverend Samuel D. Denison, Mary C. Plummer, Jane I. Burnham, Harriet M. Bennet, Henry C. Denison, Eveline Thatcher and Edward C. Denison). He died January 28, 1855.
