"Eugene Atwood, one certain tract of parcel of land with all the builings and improvements thereon standing, situated in the Borough and Town of Stonington in said County and State, bounded and described as follows: Bounded on the Northerly by lands of Mrs. Minnie Leonard; on the east by Water St., and on the westerly by lands of Anna S. Lamb and the said Mrs. Minnie Leonard, and came to this Grantor as the only heir at law of Catharine E. Anderson late of Stonington deceased"
