Scope and Content

An account and record book for the Ryon family business from January 1927 to December 1936. There are monthly totals, and year end income sheets for each year in the back of the book. Many local families had accounts with the business and include: Maxson, Simmons, Freeman, Edwards, Chesebro, Johnstone, Lynch, Darrell and Harvey. This book is just of payments and charges on account, there is no listing of what each customer bought.
