A collection of business and official papers belonging to Charles O. Ryon. Included are the meeting minutes of the Committee on Disaster and Rehabilitation that discuss the Hess garage fire on Elm Street, February 27, 1950. There is a Red Cross manual on disaster preparedness as well as a Post-Operative Award and induction notice for the Mystic Order of the Itching Stitch. Also in this folder are inventory and financial statements from the 1940s and 1950s. There are also three bank account books - two from Washington Trust and one from the First National Bank of Stonington.Collection
