Shark Fishing, 1900Entry/Object ID
2020.268.002Description
A small black and white photograph of four men standing on a beach. Small row boats are just behind them at the water's edge, and the men are showing their catch. One man holds a large fish by the gills (could be a striper or blue fish?). On the ground between the other men is what appears to be a small shark. Men are dressed almost identically in dark colored pants and shirts with suspenders and hats.
Men are identified on the back from left to right as Charles H. Noyes, Elmer Wilcox, Charles Sweet and Geroge Wilcox. Photograph most likely taken around 1900.Collection
