For $500 William Williams received: "three lots of land that I bought of my father Captain Isaac Sheffield as buted and bounded and described as per my deeds that I received of my father, ISaac Sheffield dated the 30th day of March, 1801 and which is recorded in Vo. 14 folio 199, volume 14, folio 200..."
