Scope and Content

A deed from Joseph Denison to Samuel Copp dated April 20, 1776. It appears from the description that the two men traded lots. Joseph Denison received nine acres from Samuel Copp and deeded him a lot that had previously belonged to the Copp family, just north of the land where Samuel Copp was then living. Document was witnesseed by Elnathan Rosseter and Stephen Babcock.
