A collection of land transactions and property deeds signed by Nancy Sheffield Pendleton, the widow of the lost Captain Isaac Pendleton. In order within the folder: Oct 29, 1832 - Nancy Pendleton hires Edmund Fanning as agent to have a kitchen ell built onto her house near the breakwater. Oct. 27, 1828 - Nancy borrowed $1,100 from Edmund Fanning, and pledged a piece of land as collateral. The transfer of the property is attached to this I.O.U. July 23, 1819 - Nathaniel M. Pendleton sold to Nancy Pendleton a lot of land for $560. May 19, 1826 - Robert and Samuel Bottom to Nancy Pendleton for tract of land.
