A brief history of the Pioneer Hook & Ladder Company of Stonington Borough from its inception in 1880 to the current day (time of publication). The booklet opens with letters from the Chief Jeffrey Hoadley, Deputy Chief William Teixeira Jr., Assistant Chief Harold Mitchel and Foreman Daniel Oliverio IV. The booklet contains a number of photographs including the trucks, uniforms and town fires throughout the company's history.
