Photographic postcard of unidentified business in Stonington, decorated for the Battle of Stonington Centennial celebrations in August 1914. A gentleman leans inside a door, over which is a sign reading "Gold Medal Flour." The front door also bears a sign that reads in part: "War Scarred Mansion, admission 10 cents". This home could be on lower Water Street, but it is hard to place due to the age of the photograph and the many changes to homes in the Borough since then.Collection
