World War II and Stonington talk given as part of collaboration between Stonington Historical Society and Stonington High School class, teacher: Jen Norcross speakers: Thomas Moore, veteran and business owner, Meredith Brown, past president of Society and moderator, Rob Palmer, board member and past teacher dealt with Mr. Moore's experiences during the war, touched on what his business did during the war (ex. machine gun belts and general webbing instead of undergarmets); Mr. Palmer gave brief introduction of some of Stonington borough people who were involved in the war and some statistics; Mr. Brown was leader and gave onverview
